yeah they are recruiting more sort of the senior management or middle management um to manage the team that they do have and actually oversight ai to make them more efficient yeah that's true okay so
interesting i mean obviously we're not um you know it's like actually does the degree pay anymore Interesting.
I mean, obviously, if they want to become a doctor, they have to do a medical degree, don't they, or a dentist or...
I mean there are certain jobs that aren't there that do require a degree so it depends what they want to do but I'd say a lot of jobs probably don't require a degree and actually if that's the case I know looking at my career my career didn't require a degree therefore I did have tuition fees but they were like a thousand pounds a year when I went they weren't really you didn't really have to think about it but yeah Would you go and pay nine grand a year to study event management and then not use it?
And that the child is very lucky that their parents are going to pay for that.
