I was following people on Instagram and social media, and I was like, yeah, what you're saying makes sense, because I had felt I'd struggled to get my flexible working requests through when I'd had my daughter.

I had felt a bit gaslighted and ignored, and I thought, yeah, the system is just sort of set up against us.

The childcare costs are ridiculous.

And I thought, this is, it's not my fault.

I think I'd felt before that it was my fault that I couldn't get back into work or work.

What advice would you give them in the current job market?
