And when did you join? How many campuses were built by that time for 3,000 workforce?

So Mysore-... was like in the early stages coming up, and, uh, a lot of the others, like Chandigarh came along, Bhubaneswar came along, and now of course, I mean, we are spread across many more cities that way.

So that also has been a massive growth just to expand nearly now across the country, right?

What was the thought process of building such a massive and beautiful campuses? Like, it was originally the plan or it just happened?

Anil, we have to go back a little bit, right? Because today India is different-

but if you go back 30, 40 years, I mean, uh, you know, the outlook of people from outside to India was very different.

Today it sounds logical, yeah, there is a campus, there is, you know, nice buildings and lawns and great workplaces.

But if you actually go back in time, for a small fledgling company who is doing maybe, you know, 50, 60, 100 million kind of revenues, to take out a substantial chunk of your operations, you know, amount and then put it into, you know, something like this, when obviously, uh, you know, you need far more foresight, a different kind of leadership thinking to be able to actually do this.

So they were very clear that, you know, if we have to compete and be world-class, then we'll have to make sure that our people get everything that defines world-class.

So, which means best of breed tools and platforms and technology to touch and play with and work with.

And while, you know, I mean, the roads outside may be whatever, once you come inside, this has to be, you know, completely game changing.

And that was the thought process that you can be worry-free when you are in.

And, you know, while the outside world will keep changing, right, at its own pace, but we can actually make sure that, you know, our people get the best-in-class, uh, facilities and tools and platforms and everything to work with, right? So that was the ethos.
