Hackathon

I'm a little bit confused because there are so many events happening right now.

I've just been at my own event, Hackathon, in Cologne, three days last weekend, where we developed great stuff with our own track, the Contextual AI Challenge, I call it.

Pretty complicated name for a simple thing.

It's just Hack the Snap Spectacles, and it was great teams.

down with a handful of scholarship winners from the 2025 year.

And these are scholarship winners across initiatives like the NIC course, Hackathon, etc.

I've definitely found my time with these individuals, these bright individuals, to be quite inspiring.

There needs to be numerous forums, and you named some of them.

Hackathons, um, show and tell meetings.

It needs to be leaders that are willing to travel for, for...

Like for me, I had teams around the globe going to some of the different sites and, you know, when I went to Japan or I- or in Tokyo, and then when I was in Cape Town, South Africa, or Costa Rica, hearing firsthand from associates their ideas and their suggestions, and each of those suggestions were always extremely valuable.

Oh my gosh, that's so great.

One of my favorite things about when we were pairing on this, I'm sure we'll get back to this in a little bit, but We planned to pair on the hack day and we both got busy with other things.

And so we started pairing, I think after the closing keynote, we went to dinner and I'm like eating my sandwich.

I finished my sandwich.

What was it? We almost went to a Thai restaurant, but it was like sit down fancy.

I was like, nah, we got to pick a place where we can pull out the laptops.

I remember like seeing you at the closing meeting and coming running up and being like, hey, we didn't get to do this in Hack Day.
