Making the jump from a high performer to a high-performing leader

So could you start us out? Just give me a little sense of your background and where you've been professionally that has led you to the point you are today.

Sure.

So as you said, I'm currently, I am a leadership keynote speaker and development consultant, really helping leaders and teams take confident, decisive action and elevate their performance.

And that came from, gosh, 20 plus years in the corporate space.

So launching products used even today globally, leading global teams.

being responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars of revenue generation for global brands.

And so I was what I like to call in the hot seat a lot as it related to performance and results.

And so really from identifying some things that really helped me to become successful in those spaces and in those roles that evolved into what I'm so passionate about today is to help others, regardless of where they are on their leadership journey, to also be top performers and to be effective and have an impact.
