Can you talk a little bit about how emerging leaders can think through that transition and and help kind of what's the right mindset to get into to be able to begin making that transition from not just high performing individual contributor to a leader who is high performing as a leader?

Well, I get this question all the time.

Believe it or not, Evan, I, as I mentioned, I do not just keynote, but I do a lot of leadership development.

And one of the biggest things I see is that so often people are promoted into people manager roles because they were a great individual contributor.

They were a great technician or tactician.

And then they get into these roles of managing people.

And that's a different skill set.

What can banks and other corporations do to help encourage that that mindset of growth within the organization that seems to be kind of the flip side of encouraging the delegation that allows leaders to grow.
