I saw the Southeast has been the biggest beneficiary of domestic in-migration of any region in the country.

And so when we're back in Tennessee, you can see that state, other states, it is a growing part of the country.

Consumers continue to expect these experiences that are not just cookie cutter, not just out of the box.

So I'd love it if you could walk through bringing your perspective, both from First Horizon and from your decades of working in banking.

How do you see consumer expectations changing in the digital era that we're in now?
The number one reason a consumer customer chooses a bank today hasn't changed in 30 years, and it's convenience.
When you think about mobilebankingaccess.com, ATM, and branches, those all come together to really define what convenience is.
And so the consumer expectations have changed because they do expect table stakes from a digital and frictionless experience, whether they're in a branch or whether they're at home at their kitchen table looking to make a deposit or a simple transaction.
And then obviously you add in artificial intelligence and that will be maybe another opportunity for the regional bank space to differentiate as well.
