The Great British Baking Show is providing the biscuits... but Katie and Jake are flying without Kimberly this week and they are bringing ALL the tea! Ok, maybe not ALL the tea, but some past secret…
So what is the signature this week in Biscuit Week?
American cookies.
Okay, so technically...
Technically 30 identical American biscuits.
They still say biscuits.
Okay.
They are meant to be crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside.
They'll have a decorative finish.
That's the purview.
You have two hours.
Decorative finish.
That is decidedly not very American cookie-y.
I know, right? It's all about the actual speed at which you can make them to be eaten, I think, usually.
Although you decorate.
I do not.
Not on the candy cane crisps? Oh, candy cane crisps?
No, but no, it has
a
garnish of a candy cane.
You're
right.
Okay, so I guess that's lightly decorated.
Yeah.
Yeah, I suppose that would...
Is that your favorite? That's my favorite.
