In this episode, I sit down with Rowena Gates to explore a key element of my optimized recovery protocol: the NanoVi, a device that uses specific wavelengths to create structured, ordered water that…
Rowena GatesGuestAnd it's funny that you mentioned exclusion zone water, structured water, the cohesiveness of the water, because to many people that sounds very hand wavy at first.
And it has historically kind of fallen in that, but it's interesting in that even let's take something that has a ton of evidence to back it up as well, like red light therapy.
Conversations about water, interestingly, are emerging significantly in the red light therapy literature mechanistically.
Because if we really go back into red light before, we knew that it worked anecdotally, basically.
Then we had to, we, the royal we of medicine, had to go back and go, well, what are the mechanisms? And the first mechanism was cytochrome C oxidase, you know, like a chromophore, we'd call it.
Which is great a possible mechanism inside the mitochondria in the Krebs cycle, you know, and then we get into More recently we also see distant effects from red light applied to one area of the body you put red light on your back Your whole insulin sensitivity systemically changes.
Well, there's something more than just a local effect happening with it That's what all that told us, right? And it's exclusion zone water is sort of what has been pointed to because longer wavelengths of light have a high affinity with their long wavelengths energy energetically with with water.
This has come into the light of like how it's working in the red light space.
Changing an environment for a protein or enzymes or proteins as well, right? I know you guys have studies in that, but changing that environment is not far-fetched.

And so we're working, that works through the skin, but ours will not go through the skin.
