Police body cams get private funding, plus April Kigeya joins the mayor's race

it's certainly not and uh police chief john patterson was at the city council on tuesday for his regular quarterly report And everything he was reporting was from quarter two, which was April to June.

So nothing he reported had anything to do with Corey Ruiz.

Yeah.

So there will be more next time.

But even the fact that he was there drew a little bit more attention, obviously.

Mm-hmm.

And he introduced a new division, team, department.

Yes.

And renaming things.

Because it doesn't sound like, quite frankly, like it's anything that they're adding.

Nope.

They're just changing language.

Yep.

Changing who's reporting to who.
