And there's nothing like a good court ruling.

A judge right here in Dane County, Wisconsin, where FFRF is based, this Tuesday refused to dismiss our lawsuit challenging unconstitutional Wisconsin property tax exemptions for two church-owned apartment complexes in the city.

This means the lawsuit will now move forward.

The Press House and Lumen House Apartments, both serving predominantly student renters, are owned by churches and are explicitly exempted from paying their share of taxes in a strange state law.

We had an attorney on Kyle and Bruce here on ESPN Wisconsin two to five.

And we had a former district attorney in Dane County and we asked him about the video.

And is there any precedence that's been set about that getting released? And he said, to be honest, there really isn't.

And so he said, with now with today's technology, somehow people find a way to get the video.

We need asylums for people like this.

As a condition of his bond, he is barred from being in Dane County except for scheduled court hearings.

I'm assuming that's where the woman lives.

Jesus, man.

He's barred.

It's like, and mister, you are barred from Dane County.

You cannot sit one foot in Dane County.

Don't you dare do something we have no proof of and have no way of monitoring.

Ironman is a yearly epic competition that shuts down a number of streets downtown and around the city, so it's hard to miss, even for the many uninitiated.

It is split between swimming in Lake Monona, biking across Dane County, and running around Madison.

The full race is 140.7 miles.

In Chetek, the police chief responded to public criticism of flock cameras by threatening to run background checks on citizens who disagreed with his use of the cameras.

Other Wisconsin communities include Kaukauna, Sturgeon Bay, Appleton, Dane County, Stoughton, and Manitowoc, which have also canceled their flock contracts.
