Rangers Season Peeview

So first things first.

Dylan Garan, I want to jump right into this because this has been fucking gnawing at my ass for the last 48 hours, I'm sure.

Brian Attard, I have not had a chance to listen to Blue Truth yet, but I'm pretty sure me and you are on the same wavelength of this.

I'm sure it'll be a little repetitive.

You guys can chime in and let me know how much of Brian's stuff I'm probably repeating.

I can't understand the outrage.

I couldn't understand the outrage when they traded for Corpozalo.

They go, all right, but there's a guy who has been a starter in the league.

He's not old.

He's 32.

Not the best season last year in Boston, but the guy's got 10 years in the league, 12 years in the league.

We know who Jones Carposalo is.

We don't know who Dylan Garand is.

All the promise in the world, great.

It's not like Dylan Garand came in, like when we drafted Igor and we saw what Igor was doing over in the KHL and you heard about him for two, three years before he came over.

What a big deal he was.

Okay.

There's something to go off of.

Garand was a fourth, fifth-round pick, similar to Igor as far as where he was drafted.

Good numbers in the AHL.

Nothing great, but good.

And granted, Hartford sucked.

He came up and he played three NHL games first last year and looked good.

So I understand where there could be some excitement, but just remember that when Igor got hurt three months before that, Spencer Martin is the guy that they turned to.

And Spencer Martin, I'd have trouble with him filling in for my men's league team.
