I think it's so important because you basically say, you know, what do I stand for? How do I show up? Which is important.

You speak about sort of finding your why and finding your kind of identity as part of your why.

So if somebody is listening to it and going, actually, like – I know what people think I stand for.

Like what would be your, in your experience, the best way to kind of reflect why am I doing what I'm doing? So for example, I have this desire that I want to work in Bermuda for insurance.

And um like how do I go about understanding why is this desire coming up and and what do I have to offer and how do I who am I and how do I stand as a person what would be your kind of way to start to reflect on that

um I'd like to take credit for what I'm going to tell you but I can't it really goes back to many years ago a session I had with possibly you wouldn't like the term but I think it was a mentor I guess you could say this was at a time where I was really struggling to um for the first time really in my career at the time so it was a new feeling for me when I was struggling to to identify what I wanted to do next and here this is what I told me he told me um Take a sheet of paper.

And then he told me, he said, okay, and then the first couple of rounds, there's going to be a lot of BS on your sheet of paper.
