How do you navigate rebuilding your identity, your professional identity and your professional understanding articulation of who you are every time you move to a new country or a company? How have you navigated that over

the years? I think that's a really interesting question.

If I may, I'd like to, not correct, but maybe challenge a bit the ongoing hypothesis.

I know it's a cliche, but we keep saying it's a small world and the insurance industry is even smaller.

I think there's a lot of truth in this.

So personally, despite the different companies and countries, I truly and truthfully have never entered an organization where no one knew me or had heard me.
