So getting pract-practical, what do you think these comms and HR practi-practitioners actually need to do to drive change within organizations to reduce these risks and grasp those benefits of AI?

Wayne AsplandGUEST
The first one is to drive change in culture, and that means things like we've already talked about.

Wayne AsplandGUEST
It's training people in, in AI, building up their AI capability, but not just their capability, but the culture and the responsible practices and making sure that people and teams are growing, people and teams have the capabilities to start recognizing the, the opportunities that are there to improve workflows and so on.

Wayne AsplandGUEST
It's also about things like remuneration and recognition to help people to really dive into this.

Companies, at the end of the day, they succeed when their people all pull together around a common goal, and that's why this janitor's story, uh, is so important.

Wayne AsplandGUEST
Alignment is when people across an organization share a genuine understanding of where it's going and why, and that understanding shows up in how they make decisions and how they do their work.

Wayne AsplandGUEST
So alignment, uh, there's, there's actually three dimensions to it, um, which are structural, behavioral, and relational.
