Yeah.

And, uh, from the results, I think this won't be surprising to many, but maybe it will be to some, only one in five of those, uh, individuals said that they received interview training, like, formally, so, in any capacity.

So, you know, when you brought the problem to us, it's funny because it's, it's a population we know existed, right? The newer hiring managers.

Or maybe you're not new to management, but you're new to being, needing to hire someone, right? And it's a population that we know exists, but we hadn't necessarily created a solution that was, like, off the shelf.

If you only have an hour before an interview, this will get you what you need at least to not have it be a disaster for you or for the candidate, right? 'Cause at the end of the day, like, we don't want your first interview to be your first, like, your training ground, right? Your experience.

So we wanted to give you something to help with that.

Um, so that's absolutely something you can do.

I also think, like, look, as a recruiter, if you want that support and you want your relationships to be better, I think you need to, um, lead the charge and have the conversations.

And like get in it with the leaders and the hiring managers together, and let them know, like, you're, hiring is not, like, me verse you.

So much with a recruiter and a hiring manager, it's like, it's me verse you, and it's like you're not doing what you're supposed to be doing.

Well, you're not hiring the people I'm sending.

And instead of it being pointing fingers, how about we get in the boat together?
