For sure.

And that's the key, the important, that's something we're very interested in as well at Jeffo is looking into inflammation in that transition cow.
5:27
Historically, we are often focusing on NIFA, BHBA, and calcium of markers for that transition cow success.
5:34
But I think you kind of hit the nail on the head there talking about inflammation.
5:37
We really want to see... how nutrition can kind of influence that.
5:42
And of course, not all information is bad information, but we want to see controlled response.

Instead of interpreting these ketones as somehow being pathological, they are a reflection of either a really healthy cow that's milking like a rock star, or it's a reflection of a cow that's not eating well because of an infection somewhere.

So tell us, Victoria, tell me about how was the study conducted? What was the design? What does it look like? Those type of things.
8:10
Yes, so this was actually a study done by our colleagues in Mexico.
8:15
So this was also a commercial study.
8:18
And this specific one was kind of a year-over-year comparison that we had.
8:24
So one year, 2023, they were, was actually our control group and they received no supplementation of anything.
8:33
And there is about 400 cows that calved during that time that were included in the study.
8:39
And then in the treatment period, so when the Jeffo's protected B vitamins and choline was supplied, they, that was around 330 cows received that in 2024.

Do you want to expand a bit on why this might have resulted from that way?
