I'm sure you have a lot of thoughts as someone who's very, very involved and tremendous.

I think as a surgeon, Vino represented a lot of the surgeon's opinion.

So I'm not going to continue what he repeated.

But as a division chief of big academic center, I think I have seen a lot of difference.

I think Mike said this, the devil's in the details.

So back in Massachusetts before I moved, there was about eight to 10 centers in Massachusetts.

So that's one thing I would advocate for in this public comment period is to also include that the heart team member that is absolutely essential for all of us is the valve coordinator position.

So yeah, maybe close by telling us a little bit about that and, uh, when you're actually opening submission for this.

The ACC Cardiac Surgery Council, um, it sounds very fancy, but, uh, the visibility has not been that great so far.

You know, there's a lot of things that, that we can actually do in conjunction with the, uh, with the ACC, I believe.

Um, especially in this time period where, you know, some of the heart team concept is jeopardized.

Um, I think collaboration with ACC is extremely important, and we have the, uh, the luxury of having Gilbert Tang as the, uh, the JACC Case Report editor.

Next year's ACC president is a cardiac surgeon, Hani Najm.

Uh, he's a congenital surgeon.
