Well, we're excited to have a show back in, in our backyard, but the real, the real kicker here is, like what we just said, it's the first one and we can't wait for this to grow every year.

It's really fun.

I, I heard that there's several buses coming today.

Ev- every day there's several buses coming from all these different states, uh, in the, in the Midwest mostly.

Um, but we're so excited.

I heard there was someone from Australia.

Darren was asking like, "Where are you from?" And, you know, they're from multi-states.

Well, why don't you just tell what it is that you want to get coached around today?

Well, I have a problem with self-compassion.

Um, as I said, um, I can happily rip myself to sh- self, self to shreds.

I'm quite adept at that.

You don't have to go into detail about the entire event, but just your own self-talk, what transpired, what you told yourself it meant in your mind, what that meant about you, and then let's go from there.

Well, I tend to binge drink occasionally, and when it happens, I feel terrible physically.

Mentally, I feel awful, and I rip myself to shreds, basically.

By the time Tuesday morning rolls around, Tracy's expecting Richie to go to work

Tuesday morning, I'm like, "Thank God." I get up, I'm getting ready for work.

It's about 7:00, and he's just laying there, and I'm just like, "Got class today?" And he's like, "Yeah, I don't have class till 9:30." And I said, "It's now 7:30.

You better get ready." I said, "If you're gonna be having to get an Uber, you better get on it." This whole time he's texting on his phone.

I'm like, "What the hell?"

She just had to get it out of her system.

I've got my mom's mouth.

It just flew out.

What came to mind as you were responding to Tom was just r- the, the, th- the me- you know, what you always say, which is the path is to be let go as well.

Yeah

So the question in and of itself is a question.

[laughs] You know, it's like to...

Yeah.

I mean, that, I guess that's all I'll say

And do you know what? It, it's one of those things, isn't it? It makes such a difference to speed and sort of access around sites and the walking courses and getting from A to B, both at an event, but at home as well, that actually those riders that we've spoken to that have them are kind of like, "What did I, what did I do? What did we do before these bikes, Tracy?"

Well, I know.

And also, a lot of the grooms.

I mean, I speak to a lot of the grooms of the riders, and when, when the riders aren't on, the grooms are on.

There's, you know, the time it saves, and we've obviously got the wagon as well, which is a trailer and a wheelbarrow so that...

You know, the grooms love that 'cause it, it saves so much when the sort of lorry's at one part and the stables are a bit further away, and they'd have so much to cart backwards and forwards or to the start box.

It's makes it, you know, really easy and saves them so... and keeps happy grooms and happy riders.

I guess that that relationship that you can build is really, really important.

She then had two painful miscarriages, and finally her son, who turned out to be her biggest challenge of all.

Um, at age 40, uh, this would be my fourth pregnancy.

Um, I was put on hormones to maintain the pregnancy because of those previous miscarriages.

And then at, at, uh, one of my last prenatal appointments at about 37 weeks, our s- our son was determined to be small, like inner uterine growth re- retardation.

All these medical terms that I know [chuckles] and the acronyms.

Uh, so I was induced early due to concerns about his health.

And, um, the, the urgency around this, you know, included a last-minute amniocentesis to check on lung development, and then I was induced with Pitocin, which, um, is...

Mm-hmm.

What do I do?"

Oh, I'll do you one better.

She sends an audio message-

When Peter broke the window of the chocolate shop Thorntons, his niece Tracy and brother David tell me that it was Peter who was the one to phone the police.

He took some chocolate out of the [laughs] out of the display, and then he stood there and rang the police, and the police caught him with all the chocolate in his pocket.

That's just the type of person he was.

Right

...

I'm moving?" So I was like, "Okay, so I'm not going to move.

Should I say anything? No.

Should I move? No.

Am I scared? Well, no, I'm still not scared 'cause she's still not looking at me." And while I'm going through all of this in my head, she started to rise.

And there was a, um, like I said, there was a cathedral ceiling, and, but there was a, a fan hanging down from the ceiling, and as she rose up towards the fan, she started to disintegrate from the, from the bottom up.

Oh.

Yeah

... four or five times.

But having Don here while I was going through this very confusing, painful time was wonderful, and having all the love aroundJust made it better.

Yeah.

And we all go through grief, and, you know, having the dog 13 years, he was 16, could not walk at all, could not pee, could not live a life that he deserved.

It was a spectacle.

Immediately, the deacons surrounded my dad and rushed him out of the church.

Later, my dad told me, he said, "Tracy, I want you to know that that was difficult for me, but it was the only way that I knew to try to get his attention and try to let people know how bad I think this is." He said, "I actually had a gun in my car, and I locked it in my car, so I could not run back and get it.

Because if I had my way, I would have used it that day." [gentle music]

Back at church, Keith had started preaching a lesson in forgiveness about how Tracy needed to forgive him.

During that time, Keith actually announced my phone number from the pulpit and told everyone to give me a call and just beg me to come back.

It was the most bizarre and ridiculous thing ever.

Hundreds of phone calls, just over and over, just people saying, "We love you, Tracy.

When she broke up with her abusive ex, she thought it was the last time she'd ever have to see him, but then he broke into her bedroom wielding a gun.

I remember that feeling of my heart falling out of my chest.

Like, "Okay, this is how I die."

[upbeat music] Tracy created light from the darkness.

I wanna take over the world and just leave this place better than I found it.
