You know, you can't always get what you want, but you might get what you need.

Um, so I think the, the big question behind this is we started looking at land to solve so many of our problems.

Not just to grow food and give us somewhere to live and give a little bit of space for nature.

We started wanting it for carbon storage, for flood water storage, for recreation, for obviously roads, transport, um, uh, so many things, generating energy, um, so many things.
