You know, we're very lucky here that most people that work here are active allies and are committed to

a culture where everyone does feel included.

To build on that, on like getting involved with the groups as well and the opportunities that are available to you as soon as you join, is it's been great to work with Jonas and Steph and the Inclusion team and the various different co-chairs there are of all the different affinity and network groups, because we've sort of almost aided each other's success because Inclusion, like Chris said, is built into the culture of the firm, we can sort of tie in with what Steph and Jonas are doing in inclusion and start to provide social impact and pro bono opportunities that are tailored towards specific groups and is actually an opportunity for those people who are members of that group or allies to actively contribute to something that is really tangible and real.

Like later this month, for example, we're hosting an employability day with a charity that supports LGBTQ plus refugees and asylum seekers.

And our internal pride group are essentially going to host that.

We've designed it with our team, with Micro Rainbow, we've created the kind of schedule and what's going to happen for the day.

But actually our pride volunteers are going to be the ones that bring it to life and actually get to contribute to those individuals directly and that's just one example of things that happen throughout the year where we can kind of align our interests and collaborate to create something that is specific for each of the groups which I think is it's something that people who are part of the groups really appreciate the opportunity to get involved with
