That's right.

Well, JP, I wasn't much different.

I grew up, as you guys know, I grew up in a plumbing contracting family.

My grandfather started a plumbing contracting company in the late 40s in my hometown of Champaign, Illinois.

And when I got out of high school in 85, I had the direct link to join that company.

I chose not to.

I wanted to go to college.

Yeah.

She's got very neat handwriting.

Yeah, well, she's very, yeah, so.

I mean, she used to send us all individually postcards, which is always nice.

The theme always seemed to be beer and I can't think why You could tell that she was definitely growing in confidence, and she started off as a little wallflower at the back of the lorry and barely spoke to anybody.

And, but within a fairly short time, she was getting stuck in, and she was as confident as anybody else on the trip was.

So, and that came across in her letters and her postcards.

Her brother, Tim, recalls.

One minute you expect to come back after six months, the next minute your dad's ringing up saying that they found some chopped up, charred remains of her in the middle of nowhere.
