I think originally before I joined the Ho- uh, Institute of Hospitality, I did used to see a lot of things online about sort of what they were doing, especially on things like LinkedIn, et cetera, and it sort of, you know, intrigued me.

I think there's some org- other organizations out there which are a little bit snobby, if I'm honest, and they're a bit sort of like, you know, "Oh, you're, you're a technology supplier, you're not sort of really one of us." Whereas the IoH is, is much more sort of like a meeting of minds and much more of a sort of like, okay, well, we're all in this together.
