So it can be... hard to think about what places should do differently.

I think for me, it comes down a lot to it's things that they wish they could do.

I don't think any hospice out there is thinking like, oh, I don't need to do anything else.

Fast forward 10 years from now, what would success look like? How would you hope the landscape of serious illness care evolves so people get the kind of care that metal is providing?

So that was really important to us to remove a lot of what feels like red tape for access to this type of care and say anyone should be able to access this immediately.
