Why don't we move on to, to your two abstracts?
8:38
So for the first abstract, it's gonna be the impact of outpatient CAR T-cell therapy administration on healthcare utilization in patients with hematologic malignancies.
8:48
This is brought from Dr. Suvanne Bowen at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
8:53
So a little background, you know, CAR T is standard care for multiple relapsed and refractory hematologic malignancies.
9:00
Um, but the post-infusion period does, you know, carry a great risk for CRS, ICANS, um, with the onset ranging from anywhere from a few days to anywhere from, you know, seven to ten days or a little bit more.
9:12
And so a lot of patients are being monitored in a hospital setting or inpatient setting, you know, somewhere from seven to, you know, fourteen days plus.
9:20
Um, and so there's, you know, so a lot of limited data, um, comparing, you know, these two settings, including, you know, some of the data just looking at CAR T in the outpatient settings at single centers, maybe a specific disease type or product specific type, um, which can limit the generalizability of this data.
14:03
Some, some sites are using, uh, like remote, uh, telemonitoring of, of vital signs, things like that to assure a safe outpatient, uh, experience.
