I mean, how does this kind of change your approach to sequencing to some of the points that Rahul made?
3:53
Yeah, Monty, I mean, as Rahul said, you know, the field is, is really advancing, and we're using these therapies earlier.
3:58
And it's really the lymphoma fit space and the myeloma field that have accumulated the most data showing really an overall survival benefit of CAR T-cell therapy, especially in randomized studies in earlier relapse disease.
4:12
So the CARTITUDE-4 study looked at cilta-cel, and the KarMMa-3 study looked at ida-cel, and both demonstrated regression-free survival advantage of these anti-BCMA CAR T-cells compared with your standard IMiD proteasome inhibitor combinations in patients with median of two to three prior lines of therapy where they're currently approved.
4:31
And in fact, cilta-cel in an updated analysis showed an overall survival benefit, including in high-risk patients.
4:38
So, you know, although these two CAR T products have slightly different adverse event profiles, uh, especially in terms of the timing, grade of CRS and neurological toxicity, they clearly represent a significant milestone in advancing the field.
4:52
And I, I think as, as Rahul was alluding to, there are novel CAR T products such as anito-cel, which appear to have an even more favorable adverse event profile.

11 MINS LATER

15:33
Is that something that represents the future of myeloma perhaps?
1:30
Um, my first time here at ASCO and being part of this great meeting, and I'm very excited to be here.
1:36
Great.
1:36
So we're gonna kick it off, um, wh-- uh, by starting with, um, two abstracts that I'll start the presentation for.
1:42
Then Dr. Zahid will do, uh, two abstracts, uh, and then we'll discuss each one, one at a time.
1:48
Um, and these are all, uh, focused on hematologic malignancies, uh, covering a broad spectrum of, uh, hem malignancies.
1:54
So let's start off at Abstract seventy-five twelve.
1:58
This is belantamab mafodotin with daratumumab, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone in, uh, transplant-ineligible, newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients, a Phase one slash two BeLA-DRd study.
4:39
And so I can see that it would be used in, you know, earlier lines of therapy in comparison to, like I said.
