And so is, is there a way for all moms to have access in some way, shape or form to this tremendous support in their fourth trimester? Is that a possibility? How did you even know who to ask or how to ask Sarah? Like, did you have like a girlfriend who was like, wait a minute, I think this would be really supportive for you because that was not my experience.
28:51
Yeah.
28:52
Yeah.
28:53
No, I didn't even know what really postpartum meant.
28:56
I thought, I thought postpartum meant depression, which by the way, it doesn't, there is a thing called postpartum depression, but postpartum just means the period after you have your baby.
29:04
Right.
29:05
So it's a, that, I mean, the terminology, like the lack of education for, for everyone, I think is, is one of the biggest pieces to point to, like you're saying, like most people don't know what a doula is, what they do, what, you know, what the terms are.

7:29
And number two is thinking about how to enable some of that.
7:34
A couple of my subsequent points are how you enable that, because the reality is those things still exist.

2:38
Oh my gosh, so let's go back in time to 2020 when it was the pandemic, and it was COVID.
2:46
Oh, oh my gosh, I...
2:49
Let me...
2:50
Wow, it's been a minute since I've thought about this.
2:52
I was having a wine night with some of my roommates.
2:54
I was living in LA, and they thought it would be really funny if we submitted myself to The Bachelor.
