I just I've just come from caring for elderly parents who are doing pretty darn good.

But, you know, things get overwhelming.

And so I show up and.

And then my grandson had surgery, so I'm showing up to support my daughter a little bit with that.

And my son's not in a good place personally, and he's struggling right now.

I'm not around people having babies per se right now until... a little bit, you know, I have friends who are having grandbabies, but, you know, are we doing any better instead of just talking about birth, talking about preparing socially, emotionally, physiologically for having a baby in those birth classes? Has anything changed? Are we just still breathing and panting and what have you?
