So
9:33
basically, I will start by saying to like my whole life, I wasn't raised with any sort of like faith.
9:39
Like I always believed there was like, I mean.
9:42
There's some sort of higher power.
9:44
I don't know what it is, but yeah, like I respected that, but didn't ever have like a personal relationship.
9:49
And in my labor, I remember like when we were transferring to the hospital, I remember being on the wheelchair and I couldn't even sit.
9:55
My knees were on it and I was like heaved over and I was like pleading, like begging.
11:36
It's like within two minutes.
17:47
that's when we discovered each other that's when we discovered each other yes

I love that so February of 2013 my mom unexpectedly passed away and that that rocked my world like my mom struggled a lot of my life with like alcoholism and um she when she passed she actually was sober and she was doing well she she passed away from meningitis it was like kind of random how she passed but it just like am i allowed to cuss a hundred million fuck me up like i was not okay like having a loss like that completely rattles you to your core and i hadn't talked to her in seven months too because i was just like so angry with her at certain things so there was just there were so many layers to it so anyway I tried like I got like four days of paid bereavement at my nine-to-five corporate job I was working at the time I'm like this is a joke I'm supposed to be able to like come back to work after this and I it was so hard for me to be at work because I was at my desk when I got the call for my dad oh so like anytime I was at work I was having like flashbacks PTSD like it was horrible I was like I can't be here and so I ended up quitting my job and I was 23 years old and I was like I have no idea like what I meant to do with my life but like I I just need some time to like figure that out and so I was like I'm gonna go visit Jennifer that's Wade's mom and I'm gonna go see my two aunts they all live on the east coast so I quit my job I at the time had been dating someone for five years and his family was like never good to me and that was brought so clear to me when my mom passed like I was like this is how you show up for someone like it was just like honestly like disgusting like you call yourself like a good faithful christian family and that is how you treat me you've known me for five years you know what i've been through and so i had this feeling of like i meant to break up with him but the thought that my mom does not know who my future husband's gonna be is like so heartbreaking to me so layered yes so i was like staying with him but like i was so checked out and it was like this whole thing so anyway I flew to Massachusetts and I saw Jennifer first, Wade's mom.
19:46
And I was only supposed to be there for about four days.
19:48
And then I had a scheduled train from Boston to Philly.
19:51
And the exact train that was supposed to get me, this was in May of 2013, 13 or 14, 13, literally crashed on its way to get me.
20:00
And so I had to stay there an extra few days.

24 MINS LATER

44:00

44:01
Safe.
