Talk me through the systems that you're now using at the end of this project.

Okay.

So when we went out, part of the procurement phase, we were sort of looking for both the key features that a ticketing system would give us, um, and we also realized we'd had enough funding if we did it right to get a new website.

So we, we looked at things that worked well together as through our journey, obviously th- talking to lots of other people and what they were using.

Um- We feel like we've been talking to people at conferences for the last five years, so we already knew what was around and on the market and who used what with what and things like that.

And we landed with, um, a company called Fusemetrics who it's actually, it's mainly for us at the moment is ticketing CRM, but it actually does do lots of other little bits and pieces as well that we want to, as we move forward, probably put our events management into there, things like that, that sits really nicely with a product called Loop by Semantic.

And Loop is, it's like it's a website that's they've designed it and they continue to develop it.
