So to answer that question, you gotta go back to the beginning, which is Tawny talking about grief as well, too.

Um, I think about grief kinda close to that is shame in some capacity, and so for me, my entire life revolves around, revolved around shame from childhood and then my family, uh, preached excellence, right? You have to be excellent in everything that you do, and even missing the mark was, was not allowed or not accepted, right? So I found comfort in food, especially when I got my license.

I was able to, I was able to always had a pocket full of money, and so I was able to stop at Wendy's on the way home from wherever I was at and grab two double cheeseburgers or, or two junior bacons, two double, or two, uh, ch- crispy chicken sandwiches, put it in my backpack, and then I'd go home and have dinner with my family, and then go up to my room and decompress with a burger from Wendy's, right? It was a d- it was a decompression tool as a child, 16, 17, and then it became a way for me to cope when stress hit in college, and then it was always like I was juggling.

Was a great juggler.

Everything was like I was always really active, could do everything I wanted to do, but also like struggling a lot at times.
