I think we simplify the world of coaching down to that in some regards.

You know, Jeff, what I appreciate about that is I love the fact you asked him about what he learned.

and um this commerce portion of the conversation has just reminded me of so kevin o'connell and i uh this last off season so kevin is the head coach of the minnesota vikings we literally wrote you probably can't see this but it is literally um the professional standard non-negotiables for the minnesota vikings i could i could spend an hour talking just about these things and i'll read you a couple examples Not all of them, but like the professional standard, these are culturally speaking of just what it is that, what it means to be in good standing and really the expectations and that everyone adheres to.

And then the non-negotiables are broken down by players, coaching staff, front office staff, and then there are some shared non-negotiables.

But from a culturally standpoint, just the standard itself, right, is you show up every day, regardless of your mood or inspiration, you're required to show up every day.

Or another one would be, you know, act in the face of fear.

If that, if that all makes sense.
