And when we go in and we just think, wait a minute, what can we do together to make you safe and help you understand what it is that we want from you? That's That's this concept of how can we make the horse interested or do something with the horse so they can be interested and curious? Because I think we lose a lot of that when we do too much with horses instead of just being with them.

Can I just say something about intention? And this can't sometimes, sometimes people can be so intent on a goal.

And my intention when I'm working with the horse is to not have an attachment to the outcome.

So I want to actually see what happens and what steps take.

Why don't, How do I have to make it smaller, easier? Where, when do I have to just stop and just, you know, when something isn't working, the best thing you can do is pause, pause, take a breath, exhale, and just, you know, just be there for a moment.

So I think that, um, It's hard because sometimes people get so much of a goal in mind.

And when we start to maybe work with the horse, I remember I was at a gated horse show and there was a Peruvian stallion and he started refusing to go into the arena.

It's right behind, you know, on the YouTube or what behind we're all talking
