Now, Now, it's quite an easy concept to say UTEC work and urgent care work needs to work in a more integrated way.

The integrated neighbourhoods clearly have the opportunity to improve those services in many areas, or at least to develop them further from where they currently are.

So what do we do now? My kind of take, and I'm really interested in whether you agree to this or not, is it sounds to me like an actual SNP contract is, is unlikely to materialize next year that what we're most likely to see are versions of the things we've seen the start of this year which kind of the PCN DES being added to some local enhanced services and that creating this local version of the PCN DES that seems like the most likely thing that's going to happen next year and if that's what's going to happen is what we really need to be doing in kind of preparation for that about working almost on the sort of internal governance of our PCN making sure you know some of those things we've maybe not looked at since 2019 are kind of operating effectively because more money is going to be coming through the PCNs and we need to make sure that's still finding its way appropriately to practices or do you think we need to be looking at things like incorporation and more tangible changes like preparing for these SMP contracts?

Like federations.

In, like federations, exactly, or there might be other commercial providers that you've worked with.

It might even be the trust who might be able to deliver a larger amount of the work.

But you do want to hold the contract so you can control who it is gets appointed on a subcontracted basis, how they work, the quality of their delivery, et cetera.

In that situation, you've got to ask the question of, do we want our own corporate vehicle that holds the liability and responsibility f- just for the contract, rather than, say, a lead practice? And it could be that the contracts are high risk, and therefore, the practices don't want to, uh, be responsible, especially if you're a partnership, in which case, again, it's a really good opportunity to set up a vehicle and use it just to hold those contracts.

The third question is, okay, so before you go and set up that company, is there already a company that's available to you or that you can use in an alternative way? So this is where the federations come in.

Often they get forgotten about.
