Roshunda, how about you? Long, long-term career, how did you decide that this was, this is what you were gonna do?

Well, I, I really came into this career thinking short term.

Was gonna work a year, and the year came and year went.

Like I f- I really like it.

And, and, uh, to, to Kelly's point, I think the career progression, the opportunities provided with training kind of kept me interested, kept me in- in- enticed to stay.

Went through the, um, graduate school of banking at LSU, you know, got married.

And I will say this, as a female traveling examiner, there's like an expiration date that's kind of like circling and people don't say it, but it's kind of out there.

Sometimes, sometimes opportunities fall in your lap sooner, but you need to grow and learn in every role, and all of that will help prepare you for leadership because kind of once you're there, it's no going back, and it's hard to-
