So building on that, what are some key roles or transitions that helped you grow beyond being an examiner into a broader regulatory leadership or influence?

You know, it was about being, I would say call it right place, right time of an opportunity.

Uh, like Kelly and Roshunda, I, I've got a trifecta of graduate banking school.

I went to Dallas to, to Sweet's graduate banking school, and had completed really everything, every opportunity that was afforded me up to that point.

But then there was a vacancy in our analyst division, and that meant in a- in the office.

And analyst division, those examiners touch a little bit of everything.

Although I loved the travel, the travel was not a problem for me.

And so now we'd like to switch up the topic just a little bit to a topic that a lot of examiners think about eventually, which is leadership, right? And so in your view as commissioners and director, what qualities do you feel indicate that an examiner is prepared to take on supervisory or leadership responsibilities?
