Karun ChandhokGUEST
You know, now when you look back, can you put your finger on, on what changed?

Randy SinghGUEST
I think the main thing is just, uh, the leadership change with Andrea and Zak, and, uh, I think that's just empowered everyone to go about their jobs.

I don't know how e- how easy it is to, like, look over that, but like, you know, if you're doing things that are quite stressful and, you know, that can go the wrong way because they're based off percentages, like doing the strategy for example, you know, you sometimes get caught up in thinking, "Oh, what will people think if I make a mistake here," et cetera, and there's none of that here.
Karun ChandhokGUEST
You know, we- we look back at it and go, "Well, actually, if he had pitted two laps earlier, Lando could've won the Miami Grand Prix and beaten Antonelli." So just maybe just give people a sense of that- that feeling you have on the wall.
