I'm in the same situation, basically, but the way I'm looking

at it is, When my boys left me, they were still young, so their minds were still developing.

They would have been 6 and 11.

Now, the eldest one, because he had medical issues, had development delays, so he wasn't really 11 in mindset.

Do you know what I mean? They're easily convinced.

They just followed whatever got told.

And it was all lies and manipulation.

Before we go, would you mind telling everyone why you're still standing and what you would like to say to your boys?

It's always a thrill to work with you on these.

You're absolutely right.

A huge amount has changed over the past year.

I think it's probably been a year since we last spoke on one of these.

But if anything, recent developments have really reinforced how strategically important storage and logistics infrastructure are.

So how do you see things evolving over the next decade or two? What key steps does the industry need to take to meet net zero targets? And how important is the role of the tank storage sector in facilitating this?

I'd love to hear some more about sort of those best practices or best features for some of these state DG programs that you've seen out there.

Yeah, you know, one of the beauties of this space is you're really – there's no national entity or regulator controlling this.

So it's really seeing the different states implement different programs.

So there's a lot of learning of what's been good and what can be fixed.

A couple of things that have really worked well – This whole idea of consolidated billing, very important for a successful program.

Meaning, say you're a residential subscriber to a community solar farm, you want to get one bill.

So in New York City, you want that one bill to be from Con Ed.

For an investor in the DG sector, are there specific areas that you see opportunities, whether it's development stage projects, operating portfolios for consolidation? Where do you see kind of the market opportunity right now?

Can you describe your role after Buncefield and the work that you were involved in with cross-industry groups?

Yeah, there was a huge amount of work that was done after Buncefield.

First of all, in developing the Process Safety Leadership Group final report, which addressed the recommendations for industry that came out of that.

But you're right, John.

Actually, one of the lasting legacies of Buncefield has been the establishment and the propagation of some of the cross-sector and cross-stakeholder groups and forums that were established.

So these were things like the Chemical and Downstream Oil Industries Forum.

Now that was already in place at the time of Buncefield, but Buncefield gave us the push and the initiative to rework what it did and how it worked.
