And indeed, John, from the perspective of your work and experience with trained personnel, how are lessons being embedded?

Well, Peter touched on it there.

Early career is quite difficult to get these messages to them and help them understand the industries that they're working in without scaring them away from working in those industries.

I was recently working with a cohort of new apprentices and I mean, fortunately, none of them had lived through a major hazard or a major accident occurring and none of them had heard of Buncefield, but that in itself, whilst it's a good thing that we don't have any recent events to talk about, poses a challenge for industry because we've got a job to do of making sure that everybody's aware whilst keeping them interested.

I think the work that I mentioned previously about making sure that we work with everyone within an organization is key to getting the message across.

The organizations that do this the best are the ones that start off by understanding those three key questions and what their gaps are.

and they're making sure that they train everybody in their organization with appropriate relevance to those gaps.

So we need to evolve and grow and change our perspectives together with those evolving technologies.
