And it can't be an easy thing to choose right you know there's there's four or five different options on the table and you're the one responsible for uh spending all that money on that route and too often we see that that's sometimes the wrong decision and the product doesn't fit that need for that customer so it can be a tough tough decision you

touched on something there we had a meeting last week with a consultant who spent seven years in-house at an end user And he said it was a really interesting meeting.

He basically said the hardest part of coming away from an end user is they've used the same systems for the last six years.

So they're experts at it.

They knew them inside out.

They knew everything that it could do.

But it was only those systems.

It's better to have the openness of fitting the right products, especially at the end point, to what the customer needs are on site.
