yeah, yeah.
25:26
Don't beat it to death.
25:30
Do it, feel comfortable with it, and go on.
25:34
You have to have, as an actor, you need to have the confidence to make a choice and do it.
25:40
If you're afraid, you're never going to get anywhere, and it's going to show.
25:43
The tentativeness is going to show in your work that you are afraid.
25:48
And that, to me, says, well, you know, either you need our help and guidance, which I hope we provide, And or you're not ready yet, you know, and and I think, you know, I really do think actors lose something when they don't have that personal feedback.

9 MINS LATER

34:43
And so that brings me back to what I wanted to say at the very beginning of this conversation is how we met and how we then came up in the theater world in New York, in the I would say late 70s.
21:49
I think
21:49
you remember the actors more by meeting them in the room.
21:52
I certainly do.
21:53
Now it's just a blur of like, it's almost like it's become like commercial casting where you see like a thousand people in a day.
22:01
I'm exaggerating, obviously, but that's sort of what it's become to me.
22:05
And it's like, I don't like to do commercials.
22:07
So I don't want a movie to be like a commercial session.

Yeah, it used to be you'd pick somebody, and then you'd, when we were in New York, and we would then make these VHS copies, remember?
18:37
So just our final question now, where do you see Unified Access Manager heading in the next five to 10 years?
18:43
I think all the hitting on the head of the AI is a buzzword.
18:46
I mean, I think we're still working out how it's effective in, you know, our industry and how we can really use that to do things that aren't happening already.
18:54
And things like AI as an engine access is quite linear.
18:58
You know, there's a rule set of rules and you either have access to a door or you don't have access to a door.
19:03
So in that kind of respect, it's hard to fully integrate our AI, but I think more around the sort of software usability tools potentially, having AI sort of come in and be able to auto-generate, you know, from a request that you write, I want to add a door to the system, or I would like to run this report.
19:19
I think it has a lot of scope and potential in those kind of areas.
23:06
brilliant thank you so much both um so before we wrap up is there anything you'd like to add or any final thoughts for our listeners
