So if you wanna have a smart house, uh, you're not gonna have, uh, corn on the cob holders.

Um, but of course, Miss Manners, who I often go to 'cause she's sort of most aligned with my sort of etiquette experience, she says that it should definitely be done orderly.

And so she really likes you to do it in rows like a typewriter, but she does not want you to say bing at the end of the row.

[laughs]

Because even though they're fork-like, and a lot of people would put them on the left, they should go on the right because there's no corresponding corn on the cob holder knife.

And, like, one of the reasons we put the oyster fork on the right is that there's no oyster knife.

We use it in our right hand, and so that's why anything that's needs to be right-handed goes on the right side.
