And so the question is what do you do? What is polite in this circumstance? And this is a great question, I think.

Yeah, we've actually had this come up many times.

It's a hot debate, because people come in on either side of this.

I also always, when I ask somebody for a recipe, I assume that it's, like, a family recipe and I'm gonna ask permission, not f- I'll say, "Do you mind? Is this a recipe that you'll share with me?" Because I get it if it's, like, passed down and you're gonna trademark it-

Total respect.

People get very competitive.

I think that's another thing that happens at barbecues, people are like, "Oh, they always bring the potato salad? I'ma bring the potato salad, and I'm gonna make it better." And then it's, woo, feud at the barbecue.
