Yeah, so I'm Rob Smith, one of the founders of the Institute of Applied Meta Theory and currently CEO and also supporting the team on the various efforts that we have underway in what we think of as one of our main vectors of research, which is the development and kind of underlaboring and philosophy building for the next generation of integrative meta theory.

I'm Nick Hedlund.

I'm the editor in chief for the Integration Journal and also the director of research at IAM.

And yeah, I'm excited to just dive in here and talk about some of the key issues here.

We laid out this vision we've been working towards actualizing, um, we really wanted to bring together what we feel like are the kind of leading edge, uh, integrative meta theories.

Um, and you know, this is a process that got started a long time ago, really, um, Sean is Bjorn Hargens, um, an amazing leader in the integrative space.
