So that's part of it is how we navigated knowing kind of when to lead and when to not is that we really try to divide the lines of primary responsibility.

So with Amanda being typical type A and with me being typical type B, like it was just like the perfect marriage of sorts, right? And the partnership.

So along with the dividing of the tasks and the cross appointments, what we also were very mindful of was was the whole idea around this was diversity of perspectives, of lived experiences, and then also this to be built capacity.

So we wanted to make sure that we're not just doubling up on everything, that we are utilizing our time and our skillsets And our interests to be additive to each other and to add value and not just like be just doubling up and doing everything.

So we did this.

So along with dividing the cross appointments, we also started, but just between the two of us, we started this thing about tapping in and out.

So like there were, there are times when there are things are busy at work for me that I would say, Amanda, you know, the next four days.

And they're excited about the direction of the foundation and of its governance model.
