So he has adjusted as this process has gone on.

Absolutely.

And I spoke to Leland Burke in the past and he's, you know, he very much believes in Dallas and believes in this project.

And to your point, he's come down quite a bit on this project.

The new PD that was going to be voted on yesterday from the city city plan commission only, uh, little more than half the building would be below 190 feet in height only about 10 of the building would be above 200 feet so he's come down quite a bit on just the size even the scope of the building the number of hotel rooms will remain the same but the there'd be drastically fewer condos and apartments um no more than 50 when the original plan about 100 to 175 condos so He's come down quite a bit on this project from the original proposal several weeks ago.

But to your point, he believes in this project, a very strong supporter of downtown in this area and thinks this would be a viable project for this area.

When will the issue kind of be considered resolved, do you think?

That's a good question.

[laughs]

It's the worst injury to have, is a scroll injury.

But, like, I couldn't even get out of, I was, like, trying to push myself out of bed, and I was like, "Ow." [laughs] I was like, "Oh, God.

I gotta get it together." I sometimes have wrist pain during coitus cuz sometimes I'm propping myself up to get myself a good- [laughs] ...

Or, but sometimes I don't pay attention and my wrist will be like this and then afterwards I'm like, "Ah." And she's like, "How was it?" And I'm like, "My wrist hurts." And she's like, "Well, that's- [laughs] That's not what I was asking.

He goes, Paul goes, "What, what, what do you think about All Things Comedy?" [laughs] I go, "No, no, I don't want All Things Comedy." [laughs] I go, "What about the, what about the Will Ferrell?" You go, "Ah, yeah, yeah, yeah."

My, one of my all-time favorites is the, uh, Frank, uh, an old OG boner would say, he said, uh, people that put the, the, the sign of the thing that the room is for.
