Yeah.

They're really just a story that we're telling ourselves about ourselves.

But oftentimes that story was formed before we were fully conscious of that process.

And so what happens is we think this is how I am.

I'm this nervous person or I'm just this is who I am rather than this is what my trauma created.

And once we reframe that out of this is who I am and this is who I am right now.

But when we go to the idea of neuroplasticity, we can actually change that underlying belief.
