Are you talking about executives or agents or like what, how does that trickle down to you?

Yeah, I think it's the agents are all very worried about their jobs.

There just feels like a little bit of a desperation in the air about like everything.

And then the weird thing, the strange part is, they're making it harder and harder to make deals and to get them to go to work like it's like I think it's because they like to have too much time on their hands and so they make it harder than it used to be it's very it's you know it's just very like kind of a strange phenomenon and then I think a lot of the execs are also worried about their jobs.

You know, things are changing.

And I think everyone's nervous about the change and what's going to happen and where it's going to bring us.

I just immediately tell them they have to do it.

And they, and they also want us to negotiate because they think that that will get further because they have to be nicer to us because the next time that person wants a job that, that, you know, if they they'll be, but, but more and more.
