First of all, John, thank you very much for the donation you made earlier this year, because that allowed us to actually edit the film and buy some of the historical footage that we needed to really make it a complete documentary.

And Susan is the one who really started the ball rolling for us, because I was working with Aaron Mulvey, who's a retired federal agent from the Drug Enforcement Administration.

I knew that to make a documentary, it's more than just writing it and directing it.

You have a whole host of other duties, and that included fundraising.

So Aaron and I went to Susan, we went to Scott Monroe, and we went to private individuals, and we were able to do this in phases.

And this week you had the dedication of the police academy.

When you met him, did you ask him about his motivations?

He was very cagey.

He really didn't want to answer that.

But he did come across as very mild-mannered.

You know, he had that pudgy, smiley look with the light blue eyes, crystal blue eyes.

He didn't come across as intimidating.

I think he was very angry.

It's a parking ticket.

What are we going to learn from this plea or what aren't we going to learn?

Sometimes people plead guilty because they want to contain the facts.

There has been a lot out there already.

We know a lot more than I ever knew before any other trial took place.

I've covered a lot of trials.

You know, what I'm interested in is the whole CODIS thing.

A lot of people seem to think once Rex Ehrman's DNA goes into CODIS that, you know, it's all these cases are going to light up.
