Then we have the new builds that are financed by the builder countries, institutions like banks or lease finance or ECA covered.

Then we have smaller companies that are in the right place that have competitive price finance from local banks, sometimes with many bells and whistles.

And not everyone wants to give them a personal guarantee if the company is owned by him and his brother also.

And then we have smaller companies in the wrong country or with more ambitions than being forever a five vessel company.

And those are the ones where alternative finance usually comes in.

If you reverse it and look from our perspective, big banks want big clients, local banks want local clients, alternative finance wants growth clients with quality vessels and quality backing.

And Harris and Martin, do you find that there are opportunities in the market for you or sectors which you focus on?
